Taylor Swift's week started with the Grammys and ended with a wedding. On Saturday, the superstar served as maid of honor as best friend Britany Maack got married. Check out a photo below!
Swift walked down the aisle as part of the bridal party as Maack wed Benjamin LaManna in Pennsylvania. Both bride and groom are childhood friends of the singer. Swift wore a blush colored Reem Acra gown for the occasion, with Maack choosing the designer for her wedding gown, too.
Swift first revealed about a year ago that Maack had asked her to be the maid of honor. On Instagram, the songstress shared an old photo from when they were kids, and also showcased Maack's hand-written request. "Taylor, You are more than a best friend, you are my sister," the note read.
It went on, "I cannot imagine having anyone else by my side on my wedding day. Will you be my maid of honor?" Swift answered in her Instagram caption, "YEAH I WILL. @britmaack." Then last May, Maack used Instagram to document their time at the Reem Acra showroom as they looked for dresses for the big day.
Of course, Swift isn't the only big star to reunite with old friends for a wedding. In recent years, Rihanna, Jennifer Lawrence, Lady Gaga, Lena Dunham and more have served in wedding parties, as Gossip Cop has reported. Check out a peek of Swift and Maack at the wedding below!
