A young bride has been left heartbroken after her wedding photos turned out to be far less than she had hoped for.
Jess, 22, and Matt, 24, Probert were married in April 2015 but have been struggling to come to terms with their botched professional photo package which they told Daily Mail Australia has ruined their memory of the day.
The young couple were married in Bordertown, South Australia, and had booked their wedding photos through a Victorian agency, paying $2,00 for the top package in the range.

The photos were edited 'at random' and 'without thought' according to the young bride who say some ran dom snaps were included in the 'edited' part of their album (edited image received by the couple in their package)
The bride says a lot of the effects seen in the edited photos could have been achieved using a mobile phone filter, she also complained many of the photos featured included people with their eyes closed like the one above (edited image received by the couple in their package)
The groom is pictured here on the wedding day with his eyes closed, and the bride is not happy with the 'sepia' filter used here either (edited image received by the couple in their package)
They had thought about getting eloped, but Jess said the thought of beautiful wedding photos made her decide to have a traditional wedding.
'The thing I was most excited about for my whole wedding was the photos,' Jess said.
'I spent a long time trying to find someone who could do a good job, and it is devastating that the thing I was most excited about was completely ruined.'
The wedding photography agency promised the couple the world for their wedding when they purchased the 'top package' but failed to deliver.
The photographer was supposed to arrive before the wedding to take photos of the bride and groom getting ready, but she was late.
Then during the reception the bride noticed the professional photographer had already gone home.
This awkward crowd shot was also part of the edited photos included in their $2,800 top-price package

'We didn't notice until the speeches that she wasn't there at the reception.
'We have missed out on those magical photos of us celebrating with our friends and family.
'We have photos people took on their phones, but they're not the same.'
The photographer had allegedly been told by the supervising agency that the couple had purchased the lowest photo package which didn't include coverage of the reception. '
The photographer was told we had gone with the smallest package and were given a discount so she didn't need to stay.'
The young bride says she was worried about where the photographer might be throughout her wedding day, first when she hadn't turned up to take photos of the bridal party in the morning and again when she had disappeared at the reception.
The bride said the photographer was supposed to be present when the bride and groom were getting ready and for the reception but wasn't (edited image received by the couple in their package)
The bridesmaids waited for the photographer to show up before they got dressed so were almost late (edited image received by the couple in their package)
The bride said wedding photos were the most exciting part of getting married for her but she is now left with pictures she doesn't want in her house (edited image received by the couple in their package)
This photo was also edited on an angle according to the bride (edited image received by the couple in their package)
'The photographer we had was really good, she had just been told the wrong information by the agency who hired her. '
But the couple's anxiety over the wedding photos didn't end there.
They were not given their pictures for more than two months, and when they did finally arrive they were not edited as promised.
'We got the photos but they were just straight from the camera,' she said.
The wedding was held in April but it took two months for any photos to arrive, and a further month for the 'edited' version to arrive (edited image received by the couple in their package)

The couple complained to the company and were finally given edited versions of the photos.
'The editing looked like something you could do on your phone,' Jess said.
'The person who had done it also didn't seem to take care in picking which photos to include, in one my husband had his eyes closed.
'It was really disappointing, and now we have no nice pictures to hang in the house.'
The young bride says she doesn't want to hang any of the photos in her home (edited image received by the couple in their package)
The bride wanted to elope but the temptation of stunning wedding photos made her decide to have a traditional wedding (edited image received by the couple in their package)
The young couple want to let other brides and grooms to know that there are bad companies out there and to be careful they don't get ripped off (edited image received by the couple in their package)

The newlyweds were promised more than 2,000 photos of their day but received just over 300.
'We don't blame the photographer at all, what she did was great, we just blame the company for not communicating with her properly.
'If I could turn back time I would hire the photographer directly.
'We have been stressed beyond words, and have had this looming over as for the last year.
'We have complained but we have got nothing; no refund, no apology.'
