Love Island winners Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay look loved-up as they SMOOCH in front of photographers

The reality TV stars attended the star-studded Specsavers Spectacle Wearer Of The Year event held at Northumberland Avenue.

Amber Davies looked stunning in a mustard yellow figure-hugging bandage dress, which she paired with metallic strappy heels, a studded bag and the Rolex she was given by her beau on her 21st birthday just a week ago.

Meanwhile, Kem Cetinay looked dapper in a checkered green and blue three-piece suit, white shirt, loafers and stylish spectacles.

The couple smiled on the red carpet as they posed for pictures.

In one of the shots, Kem was seen planting a kiss on Amber's lips, as she looked unprepared for the smooch.

Other celebrities in attendance included Rylan Clarke-Neal, Chris Hughes, Olivia Attwood, Vicky Pattison and Nadine Coyle.

Kem Cetinay bought his girlfriend of three months a Rolex watch and a holiday to Dubai, to mark her milestone birthday.

As well as the extravagant purchases, Kem also treated Amber Davies to a huge bunch of flowers and a Dumbo the elephant cuddly toy.

Sharing a photo of his girlfriend admiring her gifts with a glass of champagne, Kem wrote: "Happy 21st to the girl that changed my life @Amber_Davies7."

Amber also shared the photo on her own Twitter account, writing alongside it: "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. How did I manage to find myself such a beautiful human being @KemCetinay."

The Love Island winner was then flooded with messages from fans, envious of her relationship.

"Where can I find a man like this ??" asked one, while a second said: "I'm actually not sure  but u did n i'm so happy for u both n good luck for the future."
