We might love all things minimal, modern and ultra cool around here, but that doesn't mean we're not head over heels for weddings that are unashamedly romantic, super feminine and hopelessly pretty too.
And today's shoot is not only all of the above, but it's got lots of meaning behind it too.
Photographed so beautifully by Emi Fuji Photography and co-ordinated by Weddings by Katlin, this garden wedding inspiration celebrates a couple's love and how it grows over the years.
Laced with flowers, pink hues, gorgeous styling, and a touch of geometric detailing to give it a modern twist, this is one for the girly girls, and guys who love to go all out on romance.
We'll pass you over to the lovely Emi Fuji Photography to share more about the concept behind the shoot…
About the Shoot"Growing Our Love" is the theme for this romantic styled shoot of this couple as they celebrate their wedding anniversary.
We thought it would be fun to keep their wedding attire the same as a reminder of their timeless vow, but add new, fun details as a reminder of the beautiful ever-changing seasons yet to come.
We chose the soft, subtle, shades of pink for our floral palette as this color celebrates unconditional and nurturing love.
The pink drink, fairy-sized cupcakes and pastel macaroon tower hints at the playfulness between this fun couple. And, the unique ombre naked cake and raw wooden platform stands remind us of the simple down-to-earth pleasures in life.
The amazing greenery, reflective lake and soothing pathways at Lake Oak Meadows was the perfect backdrop for the sun to cast it's light on this day of celebration!

Isn't it gorgeous? I bet lots of couples are going to recreate that ceremony backdrop, and the florals are just stunning too.
Thanks so much to Emi Fuji Photography, Weddings by Katlin, Motivity Films, and the rest of the team behind this shoot for sharing it with us.
