A group of angry newlyweds have confronted a Brisbane wedding photographer and videographer who they claim ruined their special day.
A Current Affair had been contacted by nearly a dozen angry newlyweds, all with their own wedding horror stories about Justin Hollow and his company Lakes Photography.
Amy Mitchell cancelled her booking with Lakes Photography after Mr Hollow changed the photographers who would be shooting her wedding at the last minute.
"You refused to even tell me that they were going to not be there," Mrs Mitchell said during the heated confrontation with Mr Hollow.
The Office of Fair Trading has told Mrs Mitchell that she is entitled to a full refund, but she has received nothing but abuse from Mr Hollow since her nuptials.
Kirsty and Joel are also waiting on a refund. A Current Affair has withheld the couple's surnames after Mr Hollow made unfounded claims Joel's stepfather, Greg, was a paedophile - which he is not and has never been accused of being a sex offender.
After Greg became involved and attempted to secure a refund for the couple, Mr Hollow sent him messages which included: "Your name comes up on a sex offender list", "it says you molest kids", "I'm happy to link that to social media if you like" and "I don't like kiddy fiddlers".
Yet another unhappy bride, Jenelle Mitchell, has resorted to taking legal action against Lakes Photography for her treatment by the company.
As a result, Mr Hollow is threatening to report her to police for drinking on the beach during their photography shoot.
After going to the Gold Coast Bulletin with their plight in September, Dean and Charmaine Van Den Broek were finally sent their wedding video from their December nuptials.
Kirra Lee Whitaker was not as fortunate and has been waiting 19 months for her wedding video.
Amanda Hynes was married in September 2014 and it took a year for her wedding album to be sent.
When Mrs Hynes complained about the time it took for her to receive the photographs, Mr Hollow blamed his wife who also works with him.
When confronted by the brides he owes refunds or copies of their wedding memories, Mr Hollow was very quick to deflect the blame.
"I run my own business, I actually have to do absolutely everything in that," he told the brides.
He claims that many of his expenses are being used to pay editors to put together the vision he has shot.
Mr Hollow has been banned from being a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography.
He is also being investigated by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
